Is hosting included?
Yes. Every plan includes managed UK hosting with SSL, a CDN and a firewall. You still own your domain.
What happens to hours I don’t use?
They don’t roll over, which keeps the monthly price low. The monthly report shows how many you used.
How do updates work?
We apply updates on a copy of your site first, check it, then update the live site. If something breaks, we restore from that day’s backup.
Can I change plan?
Yes, up or down at the end of any month. Plans run monthly for the first three months, then on a 12-month term.
